# How the affiliate program works

Recommend AnyPress and earn **30% of every new customer's first payment**. Joining is free.

## Join

1. Apply at [shop.anypress.io/affiliates](https://shop.anypress.io/affiliates).
2. We look at each application and approve it.
3. Once you're approved, your link and earnings are in your affiliate dashboard.

## How you earn

- Someone clicks your link and buys a plan within **30 days**: that sale is yours.
- You earn 30% of their first payment.
- Each commission is held for 30 days, the length of our money-back guarantee, before it can be paid. If the customer is refunded, the commission on that sale is cancelled.
- Your own purchases don't earn commission.
- Commissions are paid by **PayPal**.

## The rules

Don't bid on the AnyPress name in search ads, send spam, or promise things we don't offer. We may close accounts that do, and unpaid commission from those sales isn't paid.
