Terms of Service

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Otaku Financial Management LLC, a California limited liability company operating as Otaku Solutions (“AnyPress”, “we”, “us”), 2019 Robinson St, Redondo Beach, CA 90278. They cover your use of:

  • anypress.io, our marketing site;
  • shop.anypress.io, where you buy plans and manage your account;
  • app.anypress.io, our dashboard;
  • the AnyPress API; and
  • the WordPress websites we host for you, at <name>.anypress.site or on your own domain (your “Sites”).

By creating an account, buying a plan or using a Site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you accept for a company or other organisation, you confirm you can bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
  • Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. We use your email address for receipts, billing notices and notices about your Sites.
  • Keep your password, sign-in links and API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account and keys. Tell us at once at support@anypress.io if you think someone else has access.
  • If you build or run Sites for your own clients (for example, as an agency, franchise or reseller), you are responsible to us for those Sites and for your clients’ use of them.

2. Plans

  • Each plan is one Site. A plan has a site type (which decides the tools installed on the Site) and a size (which decides its computing power, storage and monthly email allowance).
  • Plans, prices and what each one includes are shown on anypress.io and at checkout. That listing is part of these terms.
  • Every plan includes nightly backups (see section 7), a <name>.anypress.site address, and the option to use your own domain.
  • We may refuse a Site name, for example one we reserve for our own services or one that is already taken.

3. Billing and renewal

  • Plans renew automatically. Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans renew every year. We charge the payment method on file at the start of each period until you cancel.
  • Yearly price. A yearly plan costs 10 times the monthly price.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
  • Taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless the checkout says so. We do not collect sales tax at launch; if that changes, the checkout will show it.
  • Price changes. We may change our prices. A new price applies to an existing plan only from a renewal at least 30 days after we email you about it. If you don’t want the new price, cancel before that renewal.
  • Volume discount. If your account has several live Sites, you get a discount on all of them: 10% with 3 to 9 Sites, 20% with 10 to 24 Sites, and 30% with 25 or more. When your number of live Sites moves you into a different tier (up or down), your existing plans change to the new tier’s price from their next renewal. Nothing is prorated, credited or charged at the time of the change.
  • Changing size. An upgrade to a larger size takes effect right away and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. A downgrade takes effect from your next renewal. A size change restarts the Site, which can take it offline for about a minute.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we and our payment processor may retry it and email you. If the plan is paused or put on hold, the Site is taken offline until payment comes in. If the plan is then cancelled or expires because it remains unpaid, the steps in section 9 apply.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of a new plan.
  • No fees on your sales. We don’t take a share of the sales you make on your Site. Payments your Site takes from your own customers go through your own payment provider account, under that provider’s terms and fees.

4. Resource limits

Each size has limits. The current ones are:

Size CPUs Storage Emails per calendar month
Small 1 5 GB 5,000
Medium 2 10 GB 20,000
Large 4 25 GB 50,000
  • Storage counts your Site’s files (uploads, themes, plugins) and its database. When a Site reaches its storage limit, new uploads are refused until you free space or move to a bigger size. Site administrators see a notice from 80% of the limit.
  • Email allowance counts the emails your Site sends in a calendar month (UTC). When it is used up, only bulk marketing email waits: FluentCRM campaigns, sequences and automation emails pause until the next month or until you add more emails. All other email, such as order receipts, account emails, password resets, booking and support emails, keeps going out. Site administrators see a notice from 80% of the allowance.
  • Email packs add extra emails to one Site for a one-time price shown at checkout (currently 10,000 emails for $5). Pack emails don’t expire; they are used after the plan’s monthly emails run out.
  • Fair use of the server. Sizes cap a Site’s computing power and memory. They are limits, not reserved capacity. Large media such as video should be hosted elsewhere.
  • We may change these limits for future plans. We won’t reduce the limits of a plan you already pay for during its current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

AnyPress hosts many kinds of businesses, including some that card processors call “high risk” (for example supplements, CBD and peptides). Selling a lawful product in a regulated industry is allowed. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws and rules that apply to what you sell and where you sell it, including licensing, age checks, labelling, health and marketing claims, shipping restrictions and your payment provider’s own rules.

You must not use AnyPress, your Sites or our API to:

  1. sell, offer or promote goods or services that are illegal where you sell them or where your buyers are;
  2. publish content that is illegal, including child sexual abuse material, content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights, or content that defames or harasses people;
  3. send spam or email to people who haven’t agreed to receive it, or break anti-spam and marketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM, or consent rules for SMS or email in your buyers’ countries);
  4. run phishing, fraud, scams, card testing or pages that pretend to be another person or business;
  5. distribute malware, or attack, scan or try to break into our systems, other customers’ Sites or anyone else’s systems;
  6. try to get around plan limits, billing or access controls, or interfere with other customers’ Sites;
  7. run workloads unrelated to a website that put heavy load on shared servers, such as crypto mining, file mirrors or open proxies; or
  8. collect or use personal data in a way that breaks the privacy laws that apply to you.

If you see abuse on an AnyPress Site, report it to support@anypress.io.

6. Your content

  • You own your content. Everything you or your users put on your Sites (text, images, products, customer lists, orders and other data) stays yours.
  • You give us permission to host, copy, back up, transmit and display your content only as needed to run, secure and support the service for you.
  • You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it follows section 5.
  • For personal data on your Sites, you are the controller and we act as your processor. See our Privacy Policy.
  • You can export your content at any time while your Site is online, using WordPress’s own tools or other tools you choose.

7. Backups

  • We back up each live Site every night: its files and its database, stored with Cloudflare R2, separate from the server the Site runs on.
  • We keep one backup for each of the last 7 days and one for each of the last 4 weeks. A Site also gets a backup when it is taken offline because its plan ended.
  • Our backups exist so we can recover the service. They are not a substitute for your own backups. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose, and export your data before you cancel. We don’t promise that any particular backup will be available or complete.

8. Availability and support

  • We work to keep your Sites online and fast, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee or service level agreement. Sites may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance, updates, size changes or problems with our providers.
  • We may update WordPress, plugins, themes and server software on your Sites to keep them secure and working.
  • Support is by email at support@anypress.io. We aim to answer within 2 business days. We do not offer 24/7 support.

9. Cancellation, suspension and deletion

If you cancel:

  1. Your Site stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  2. At the end of that period, we take a backup and take the Site offline. Visitors see a “website unavailable” page.
  3. 30 days after it goes offline, the Site is deleted.
  4. If you reactivate your plan before deletion, the Site comes back as it was.
  5. After deletion we keep the Site’s backups for 90 days, then delete them permanently. If you start the plan again within that time, we can restore the Site from its newest backup. After that, it is gone for good.

If your first payment is refunded (for example under our money-back guarantee), or a plan ends with no paid time left, the Site is backed up and taken offline straight away, and steps 3 to 5 above apply.

If a plan is paused or on hold (for example after a failed renewal payment), the Site is taken offline but not scheduled for deletion. It comes back when the plan is active again. If the plan is then cancelled or expires, steps 2 to 5 above apply.

Our right to suspend or end your service. We may suspend a Site or your account, without notice where needed, if:

  • you break these terms, especially section 5;
  • your Site puts our systems, other customers or the public at risk (for example, malware or an attack);
  • we are required to by law, a court or a regulator, or by a payment provider’s rules for our own account; or
  • payment is overdue.

Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. If we end your service for a serious or repeated breach, we may delete your Sites and data, and the refund policy’s money-back guarantee does not apply. If we end your service for illegal content, abuse or a security threat, we may delete your Sites right away. For any other breach, you keep the normal 30 days to export your data before deletion.

You can cancel any plan at any time from your account on shop.anypress.io.

10. The API

  • API keys are for your own use and your clients’ Sites. Keep them secret; you are responsible for calls made with them.
  • We may limit the rate of API calls, and may change or retire API features. We will try to give notice of changes that break existing integrations.
  • We log API calls (who called what and the result, not the content you send) for security and support, and keep those logs for 30 days.

11. Third-party services

AnyPress relies on other providers (listed in the Privacy Policy) and installs third-party WordPress plugins on your Sites. Those plugins and any services you connect to your Site (payment providers, email, analytics and so on) are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we don’t control.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of data loss.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, data or goodwill, even if we were told they were possible.
  • Our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some places don’t allow some of these limits; where that is so, they apply only as far as the law allows.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your Sites, the products and services you sell, your clients’ use of Sites you manage, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email you or post a notice at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. If you don’t agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

17. General

  • If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Not enforcing a right isn’t a waiver of it.
  • You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
  • These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.
