Effective date: October 20, 2026
This policy is part of the AnyPress Terms of Service. It is offered by Otaku Financial Management LLC, operating as Otaku Solutions, 2019 Robinson St, Redondo Beach, CA 90278.
30-day money-back guarantee
If AnyPress isn’t right for you, we’ll give you a full refund of the first payment for a new plan, if you ask within 30 days of that payment. It works the same for monthly and yearly plans: a yearly plan’s first payment is refunded in full.
The guarantee applies once per customer: to the first payment of your first plan.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@anypress.io within 30 days of your first payment. Include:
- the email address on your account; and
- the Site name or order number.
You don’t have to give a reason, but we’re glad to hear one.
We’ll refund the payment to the card or payment method you used. Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes to show up, usually 5 to 10 business days.
What happens to your Site
A refund ends the plan. When we issue it:
- Your Site is backed up and taken offline straight away.
- 30 days later, the Site is deleted.
- Its backups are kept for 90 more days, then permanently deleted.
If you want to keep anything, export your content before you ask for a refund.
What isn’t refunded
- Renewals. Monthly and yearly renewal payments, and any payment after the first payment of a plan, are not refunded. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals; your Site stays online until the end of the period you paid for.
- Requests after 30 days from the first payment.
- Email packs. An email pack can be refunded within 30 days of purchase only if none of its emails have been used.
- Partial periods. Cancelling part-way through a month or year doesn’t give a refund for the unused time (outside the 30-day guarantee).
- Volume discount changes. When your number of live Sites changes your discount tier, the new price applies from each plan’s next renewal. We don’t refund or credit the difference for the current period.
- Size changes. If you change size during your first 30 days, the guarantee covers everything you paid for that plan in those 30 days.
- Accounts ended for breaking our Terms, for example our acceptable use rules.
- Third-party costs you paid to others, such as domain registration, premium plugins or your own payment provider’s fees.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. If you file a chargeback, the plan it relates to may be suspended while the dispute is open. Only the Site on the disputed plan is affected; your other Sites keep running.
Where the law gives you more
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
