The software behind AnyPress is open source under the GPL. That includes the API, the WordPress plugins and the dashboard. You can read it, improve it, or run the whole thing on your own server.
What you need #
- A server (a VPS) for Coolify, which runs everything in containers.
- A domain, with DNS you control.
- Object storage that works like S3, for backups and site files.
- An email sending service for sign-in links and your sites’ email.
How to start #
The full step-by-step guide is in the self-hosting guide on GitHub. It covers installing Coolify, DNS, storage, the API, your first template, the storefront, the dashboard, email and monitoring. It goes from one server up to several.
There’s also an overview at anypress.io/self-host.
Would you rather we ran it? #
Running hosting is real work: updates, backups, monitoring and being on call. If you’d rather sell sites without that, apply to sell and we’ll host and look after every site for you.
